Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between you and NOVA NETWORK LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "NOVA GAMES", "we" or "us") in connection with the use of NOVA GAMES' games, websites and related services (the "Service"). Use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy and other applicable rules, which are incorporated into this document by reference.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

Prior to accessing or using the Service (including browsing NOVA GAMES' websites or launching games), you must agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Registration of an account (the "Account") may be required for certain features.

Age Restrictions:

• You confirm that you are 13 years of age or older.
• If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, your legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms.
• If you log in via a social media platform (Facebook, Google+, etc.), you also agree to comply with its rules.

By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

NOVA GAMES reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the new version, your license shall terminate automatically, and you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. License

2.1 Terms of Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Conduct:

• Creating an Account if you are under 13 years of age.
• Purchasing, selling or transferring an Account.
• Using another person’s data or creating fake Accounts.
• Using the Service for advertising, spamming or fraudulent activities.
• Using cheats, bots, hacks or programs to modify the game.
• Interfering with the operation of the Service or disrupting other players.
• Distributing malicious code or attacking servers.
• Posting offensive, illegal or NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content.
• Impersonating NOVA GAMES employees or infringing intellectual property rights.

NOVA GAMES may block your Account for a violation of these rules.

2.2 Account Suspension and Deletion

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or delete your Account without prior notice if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Create risks for other users.

Upon suspension, you will forfeit all in-game items, currency and progress. No compensation shall be provided.

You may delete your Account at any time by notifying NOVA GAMES.

2.3 Termination of the Service

If NOVA GAMES discontinues support for a game or the Service:

• We will provide a 30-day notice on our official website.
• No compensation shall be provided for unused virtual items.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Games and Service: All rights (including code, graphics, music, characters, etc.) belong to NOVA GAMES.
• Accounts: You do not own your Account; you only hold a license to use it.
• Virtual Items: In-game currency and items are the property of NOVA GAMES. You may not sell or exchange them.

4. User Content

• You are responsible for all content you post on the Service (including chats, screenshots, videos, etc.).
• NOVA GAMES may remove content without prior notice if it violates these rules.
• You grant NOVA GAMES a perpetual license to use your content (including for advertising and promotional purposes).

5. Purchases and Payments

• Virtual items (currency, in-game goods) may only be purchased through official stores (App Store, Google Play, etc.).
• Refunds are not available, even if your Account is blocked.
• NOVA GAMES may modify or remove virtual items without compensation.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". NOVA GAMES does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or access.
• Damages arising from the use of the Service.
• Acts of other users.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you must first contact customer support.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Lawsuits may only be filed in the courts of Hong Kong.

8. Miscellaneous

• NOVA GAMES may assign its rights under these Terms without your consent.
• Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new rules.
• NOVA GAMES shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure (including war, natural disasters, etc.).
